Well, Iâm reading the reviews after moving in which is never a good idea . I work in a high-end assisted living so I know what good quality looks like and this is not it, for the price it is acceptable but not our forever home like I had hoped . There was a 2-3 year waiting list at the ones I liked better so goes to without saying Iâm still on those lists . Weâve only been here for 5 months and in the short period of time weâve had refrigerator issue, air conditioner issues , flooring issues, plumbing issues with no plumber sent out just a maintenance guy claiming draino was all it needed, and now having to deal with bugs coming in our house cause they donât spray here , is just a lot and one of our neighbors has been dealing with a leak for over a year and has to put a towel down everyday because of it , thatâs just unacceptable !!. Itâs a shame as itâs beautiful on the outside and on the website and has potential .

I absolutely love living here! the community is clean and well kept. the area is great and the staff are very professional and kind especially the maintenance Francisco, he was quick to solve my issue with me appliances! he is very professional, kind and kept me informed through out the steps of fixing my appliances.

Francisco did a great job in replacing the balcony light fixture in a timely fashion. He was very cordial while doing it also.

The place is very dirty. The management picks and chooses which rules are going to be enforced and which tenants they will be enforced upon. Some rules are not enforced at all. The manager talks to some of us elderly in a way that could be interpreted as elder abuse. There is only supposed to be one car per unit on the property as parking is very limited, but some are allowed to have two cars, including the maintenance person who is definitely not supposed to have two cars on the property. The maintenance man disappears and the cleaning is not being done it is supposed to be affordable living for 62 years old and up, but the rent keep going up and soon some of us will have Move and the only alternative will have to be out of state

Harmony Creek is in a great location everything you need is within 5 mi of here including walking trails. The apartments are large in size and have a very nice large walk-in closet. Unfortunately it's a 20 plus year old building is in need of some serious TLC the property is not very well maintained and is in need of some well deserved cleaning. The leasing office is supposed to be a friendly and open space to talk to the manager about any issues you may have. Unfortunately that is not the case when dealing with seniors please remember to respect them and treat them with dignity they've earned it the average age here is between 75 to 95 years old. Please be patient with us times have changed but principles remain the same it's called respect.
