I called and spoke with Xiomara in April 2025 at the time that had a one bedroom available but my mom lease did not expire until June 2025. At the time she took down my mom information and advised that she would put my mom on the waiting list and if they attempted twice with no response that they would move on to the next person on the list. Today I followed up as I have not received a phone call or message from this property. Xiomara was very rude when I started to ask questions about the waiting list and why would I be put at the bottom of the list when in April I was told I was on the list when it was open. Instead of her researching as to what happened and get back to me the moment I asked her for the corporate number she got really defensive and rude, I told her she was being very unprofessional as she tried to speak over me and she became argumentative to the point I hung up. This property was in consideration due to the convenience, however now that I have experienced this unprofessional behavior I will be making a compliant with their corporate office and will not consider this property as an option for my mother to live. I prefer to deal with people who are professional and like what they are doing and treat people with respect.

Harmony Creek Senior Apartment is a great independent senior living environment! It is clean, staff like Danny and Xiomara are very helpful 👍 New management took over so things are starting to look better and feel more like home for the residents.

as a guest , I have been harrassed by the current manager. the manager is rude and unperfessional. My fiend who allows me to stay has now been served with numor violations because i come from out of town and she lets me stay for the week end. her apt. as well as many other apts. need maintinence and the manager does not comply in a timely manner. someone who looks at harmony creek to live its not going to be happy there. especially if you have a guest from out of town.

I live here now and I couldn't be happier. There is a horrible lack of parking, but that's the only negative I see. It's clean, cute, and in great area of Orange. Adriana, the manager runs a tight ship and the property management company makes certain it stays cute and clean. I'm home.

Lots of one way trips for the elders of the community kinda like the end of the road many ambulances pulling away slowly at night must not be able rying to save many customers

Harmony Creek is a lovely place to live as a 55+ resident. People living in this complex seem happy and all the components are right there to make life enjoyable. The complex is located near reputable hospitals and many types of physician offices are very close by. Shopping is located near by as well.The complex is secure and maintenance does a great job keeping up on the repair needs of the residents . Nothing is left undone and repair needs are met quickly. Harmony Creek is not a huge mega complex , such as many national senior facilities. Social activities are not provided ,nor are there food based events ,however for the amount of rent being charged,this is a delightful bargain.There is a demand for these lovely apts. So feel free to set up a tour ,meet our friendly staff and possibly get your name on the wait list! Best wishes to you! The residents are friendly and enjoy new faces!

UPDATED DEC 2024 APT MGT CO CHANGE There is a new sheriff in town... After living at Harmony Creek Sr. Apts for 8+ years, a new mgt Co. and staff have changed. All of my review before the change follows below and have not changed, but I will add comments re: new mgt service level. (1) New Property manager Xiomara - is an outright DREAM ! New maintenance staff is Also EXCELLENT AND VERY CAPABLE ! Xiomara helped me to do my 1st HC laundry day using the washers and dryers and card issuer hardware. Due to my lack of experience I was stymied at several points and I was extremely frustrated. First, ALL of the following issue resolution steps performed by Xiomara were done with the BIGGEST SMILE on her face and with a GOLD STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE problem- solving POSITIVE ENERGY AND ATTITUDE. I am a handful even in a good mood, but when I'm frustrated, I'm direct in manner, respectfully challenging in tone, ask for proof, alternate plans and options, etc. Xiomara's FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT mgt style worked wonders to deflate my irritability- a characteristic supremely valuable in her position, to the residents and for the company. Also,  I SINCERELY APPRECIATED HOW SHE WAS was effectively PROACTIVE, COMMUNICATED CLEARLY AND TIMELY AS WE PROGRESSED. and VERIFIED STEPS  as we proceeded. FINALLY, XIOMARA SUGGESTED HER PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT ON MY NEXT TIME TO MONITOR AND LIASON WITH LAUNDRY ROOM VENDOR / PLACE SERVICE CALL. THAT is exactly how you serve a resident community and her employer and supervisor simultaneously, while generating a trust and positive environment ! I could write volumes about Xiomara. ~ st p.s. the NEW RESIDENT PORTAL SOFTWARE IS LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF THE PREVIOUS SOFTWARE. I EASILY SET UP A PROFILE AND RENT PAYMENT AUTO-PAY FROM MY BANK ACCT. THINGS ARE LOOKING UP AT HARMONY CREEK ! ****** Initial Review Below **************** Quiet, safe, clean, landscaped... Only complaint is inadequate visitor parking spaces to adequately serve resident community of this size - a known, long time failure AND some apts do not have a designated residential parking space/garage, based upon if resident owns a registered,insured auto...that concept is seriously flawed...what would be correct and helpful is use of placards or stickers to indicate authorized temp parking e.g., home health care workers, meals-on-wheels delivery, outside apt maintenance vendors, family/friends visitors esp. when visitors perform required tasks/errands/purchases delivery for everyday living e.g., groceries, pharmacy, med appts, vet svcs for special needs animals or just pet family mbrs, relatives/griends providing transportation for any number of normal living needs OH YEAH, and a thousand fold increase in visitor/temp parking number of spaces to adequately serve community of this size. I recognize this crucial issue caused by original city planning staff failing to recognize/anticipate space needed before issuing permits to private developers who profit from initial construction.
