The place is very dirty. The management picks and chooses which rules are going to be enforced and which tenants they will be enforced upon. Some rules are not enforced at all. The manager talks to some of us elderly in a way that could be interpreted as elder abuse. There is only supposed to be one car per unit on the property as parking is very limited, but some are allowed to have two cars, including the maintenance person who is definitely not supposed to have two cars on the property. The maintenance man disappears and the cleaning is not being done it is supposed to be affordable living for 62 years old and up, but the rent keep going up and soon some of us will have Move and the only alternative will have to be out of state

Harmony Creek is in a great location everything you need is within 5 mi of here including walking trails. The apartments are large in size and have a very nice large walk-in closet. Unfortunately it's a 20 plus year old building is in need of some serious TLC the property is not very well maintained and is in need of some well deserved cleaning. The leasing office is supposed to be a friendly and open space to talk to the manager about any issues you may have. Unfortunately that is not the case when dealing with seniors please remember to respect them and treat them with dignity they've earned it the average age here is between 75 to 95 years old. Please be patient with us times have changed but principles remain the same it's called respect.

I love living here. The manager is extremely nice and is something needs to be repaired. My apartment gets done quickly. My apartment is super cute and super quiet and I love all my neighbors.

Yes, there were a few obstacles but it ended in a good way and in a pleasant experience. I appreciated the support I received when I moved!

I called and spoke with Xiomara in April 2025 at the time that had a one bedroom available but my mom lease did not expire until June 2025. At the time she took down my mom information and advised that she would put my mom on the waiting list and if they attempted twice with no response that they would move on to the next person on the list. Today I followed up as I have not received a phone call or message from this property. Xiomara was very rude when I started to ask questions about the waiting list and why would I be put at the bottom of the list when in April I was told I was on the list when it was open. Instead of her researching as to what happened and get back to me the moment I asked her for the corporate number she got really defensive and rude, I told her she was being very unprofessional as she tried to speak over me and she became argumentative to the point I hung up. This property was in consideration due to the convenience, however now that I have experienced this unprofessional behavior I will be making a compliant with their corporate office and will not consider this property as an option for my mother to live. I prefer to deal with people who are professional and like what they are doing and treat people with respect.
